Modern times have a lifestyle of business. Almost all of us have a busy, hectic day schedule, and this causes physical stress. Low back pain is the most common outcome of this stress; almostevery third person in the world suffers from low back or back pain. The back-pain issue has affected all age groups, from kids to the old. However, if you ignore it, you may face a prolonged stiffness. Here, a physiotherapist may recommend a blood test to diagnose the root cause.
• Pains in back and limbs- Sometimes, there is an unbearable pain in the back and it gets extended with the limbs pain too. This is the time when a spine specialist’sopinion along with a physiotherapy can be of help. To diagnose the severity of such muscular pains, the doctors may suggest you an X-ray and then can decide the course of further treatments.
• Pains in the back and limbs after walkWhen you get a walk, you feel that your legs and your back is paining very much. In such conditions, your spine specialist may suggest an inspection with MRI scan. If the damage is in the range of 25% to 30% then a simple physiotherapy treatment and some exercises can be of help.
